Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedules (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to incorporate by reference the Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedules that are effective July 2007. The effect will be to incorporate by reference in rule the Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedules, July 2007.

SUMMARY:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to incorporate by reference the Durable Medical Equipment and Medical Supply Services Provider Fee Schedules that are effective July 2007.
