Overview



	The Telecommunications Access System Act (TASA) Advisory Committee to the Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 17, 2008.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 2075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL .

Subject:	Docket No. 040763-TP - Request for submission of proposals for relay service, beginning in June 2005, for the hearing and speech impaired, and other implementation matters in compliance with the Florida Telecommunications Access System Act of 1991. The purpose of this committee meeting is to discuss current relevant issues related to relay such as CapTel, Service Quality and other TRS updates. If settlement of the case or a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the proceedings, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties. Notice of cancellation will also be provided on the Commission’s website (http://www.psc.state.fl.us/) under the Hot Topics link found on the home page.
