RULE:

11G-2.001

Determination of Jurisdiction, Preliminary Procedures

PURPOSE:

To develop procedures for cooperative agreements, associate medical examiner appointment, record keeping duties, and workload reporting duties involving autopsies.

SUMMARY:

Revisions to this rule section create procedures when medical examiner districts enter into a cooperative agreement for the performance of an autopsy and define requirements for autopsy record keeping and reporting.
