Continuing Education for Biennial Renewal

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to address written concerns of the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adds the word “or” in subsection (10) of the rule pursuant to the written comments submitted by staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
