Overview



	The The public is invited to Committee meetings of the Florida Board of Governors. The Student Affairs Committee, the Economic Development Committee, and the Subcommittee on System Coordination will meet: announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 9, 2006, 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Cape Florida Ballroom, Student Union, University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida

Subject:	Discussion of recommendations from the Governor’s Commission on Access and Diversity, and need-based financial aid initiatives; Discussion of the 21st Century Technology, Research and Scholarship Enhancement Act, and criteria for Centers of Excellence and 21st Century Scholars; and Continued discussion of State University System Coordination.
