Overview



	The Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 10, 2006, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Hawthorn Suites, 7601 Canada Avenue, Orlando, Florida

Subject:	This is a monthly meeting of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board for the purpose of reviewing penalties imposed upon any vehicle or person under the provisions of Chapter 316, Florida Statutes, relating to weights imposed on the highway by the axles and wheels of motor vehicles, to special fuel and motor fuel tax compliance, or to violations of safety regulations. Any person aggrieved by the imposition of a civil penalty pursuant to Sections 316.3025, or 316.550, Florida Statutes, may apply to the Commercial Motor Vehicle Review Board for a modification, cancellation, or revocation of the penalty. Anyone needing an agenda or public hearing information or special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 should write to the address given below or call: Christine Jones, (850)245-7914.
