42AAA-1.002

Boundary

PURPOSE:

The Petition was filed by the Palm Coast Park Community Development District. The Petition proposes to modify the land area presently serviced by the District by amending its boundary to contract approximately 59 acres from the District located entirely within the City of Palm Coast and Flagler County, Florida. The District currently covers approximately 4,778 acres of land and after amendment the District will encompass approximately 4,719 acres.

SUBJECT:

To contract approximately 59 acres from the Palm Coast Park Community Development District.
