Overview



	The NOTICE OF CORRECTION – The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has scheduled a special public meeting. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, August 16, 2006, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Doubletree Hotel, 4500 West Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida

Subject:	This is the final public hearing to review and discuss substantive and procedural issues associated with the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and to take action on two proposed amendments. Paragrah 68B-45.004(9)(b), Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is amended to continue the moratorium on issuance of the blue crab endorsements until July 1, 2007. Rule 68B-45.007, F.A.C., is amended to delay until July 1, 2007 the implementation of the Blue Crab Limited Entry Program. The commission may also reopen its final public hearing on proposed amendments to Rules 68A-9.007, and 68A-15.065, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), if lead management authority for Tosohatchee Wildlife Management Area is not transferred to the Commission by the Board of Trustees at its August 1, 2006 meeting.
