RULE:

25-7.045

Depreciation

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule amendment is to reduce the number of paper copies of depreciation studies that gas companies must file with the Commission. Docket No. 080052-OT.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendments would decrease the required number of copies of filings.
