PURPOSE:

To amend Chapter 9B-65, F.A.C., to implement the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance federally mandated program requirements in the State of Florida.

SUBJECT:

The amendment of Chapter 9B-65, F.A.C. The rules will be numbered 9B-65.020, 9B-65.021, 9B-65.022, 9B-65.023, 9B-65.024 and 9B-65.025.
