59A-9.034

Reports

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to amend Rule 59A-9.034, Florida Administrative Code, to change the reporting system for abortion clinics.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments establish an on-line reporting system for the monthly reports required from abortion clinics to the Agency for Health Care Administration.
