PURPOSE:

The proposed rule implements Section 985.3091, Florida Statutes, governing the operation and administration of sheriff’s training and respect residential commitment programs.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule establishes the standards and requirements governing the operation, staffing, training, treatment components, scope of services, and administration of sheriff’s training and respect programs.
