Florida Uniform Market Area Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the creation of proposed Rule 12D-8.0082, F.A.C., is to provide for the Florida Uniform Market Area Guidelines that will be used by property appraisers to establish market area codes as required by Section 193.114, F.S.
