PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to develop minimum standards to exempt lead agencies from the required competitive bidding process.

SUBJECT:

The establishment of minimum standards for the exemption of Community Care for the Elderly contracted providers from the competitive bid process.
