Care of Inmates

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend the rule to incorporate Form NI1-0071, Inmate Health and Comfort Items-Issuance, and provide that inmate health and comfort items shall be provided in accordance with the guidelines in the form.

SUMMARY:
