RULE:

64B15-6.0035

Physician Assistant Licensure Renewal and Reactivation

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to address requirements and credit for continuing medical education (CME) with regard to physician assistants.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments clarify required CME for licensure renewal and set forth criteria for receiving CME credit in the area of risk management and for the performance of pro bono services.
