	The Probable Cause Panel of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, May 5, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public.

PLACE:	Division of Real Estate, Conference Room N901, North Tower; 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32801

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases to determine probable cause and to conduct a public meeting to review cases where probable cause was previously found. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Board members or its counsel.
