	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, May 19, 2008 at 1:30 P.M.

PLACE:	Betty Easley Conference Center, Room 148 4075 Esplanade Way Tallahassee, Florida 32399

Subject:	Docket No. 000475-TP - Complaint by BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. against Thrifty Call, Inc. regarding practices in the reporting of percent interestate usage for compensation for jurisdictional access services. The purpose of this hearing is to consider (1) the simplication of the issues; (2) the identification of the positions of the parties on these issues; (3) the possibility of obtaining admissions of fact and of documents which will avoid unnecessary proof; (4) the identification of the exhibits; (5) the establishment of an order of witnesses; and (6) such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the action. If settlement of the case or a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the proceedings, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties.
