PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to revise and clarify the existing language pertaining to requirements for obtaining public liability, property damage and workers’ compensation insurance.

The existing language pertaining to requirements for obtaining public liability, property damage and workers’ compensation insurance is revised and clarified.
