Overview



	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, May 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Gulf County School Board Room 150 Middle School Road Port St. Joe, Florida 32456

Subject:	DOCKET NO. 070592-GU - Application for a rate increase by St. Joe Natural Gas Company, Inc. The purpose of the meeting is to permit members of the public to comment regarding the request for rate increase by St. Joe Natural Gas Company, Inc. At the meeting, customers may be heard on any and all issues relating to this requested rate increase, including quality of service. The meeting will begin as scheduled and will continue until all witnesses have been heard. If no witnesses are present, the meeting will adjourn. All persons wishing to comment on the utility's requested increase are urged to appear at the beginning of the meeting. One or more Commissioners may be present at the customer meeting. If a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the hearing, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties. Notice of cancellation of the hearing will also be provided on the Commission’s website (http://www.psc.state.fl.us/) under the Hot Topics link found on the home page. Cancellation can also be confirmed by calling the Office of the General Counsel at (850) 413-6199.
