RULE:

65A-4.208

Need

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendments to the rule clarify residency policy to provide Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) for citizen children born to noncitizen parents. Technical and non-substantive changes in the rule are included.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendments clarify residency requirements for TCA.
