PURPOSE:

The proposed rule is needed in order to allow for posting of proposed rulemaking on the department’s website and provide consistency regarding the posting of proposed rulemaking.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amends Rule 33-102.201 F.A.C. to update the rule to allow for posting of proposed rulemaking on the department’s website and the locations for posting proposed rulemaking are updated for consistency and clarity.
