67-48.004	Selection Procedures for Developments
67-48.005	Applicant Administrative Appeal Procedures (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Rule is to establish the procedures by which the Corporation shall administer the return of funding or allocation awarded under the State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) Program authorized by Section 420.5087, Florida Statutes; the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program authorized by Section 420.5089, Florida Statutes; the Multifamily Revenue Mortgage Bond Program authorized by Section 420.509, Florida Statutes; the Elderly Housing Community Loan Program authorized by Section 420.5087(3)(d), Florida Statutes; the Homeownership Pool Program authorized by Section 420.5088, Florida Statutes; the Homeownership Loan Program authorized by Section 420.5088, Florida Statutes; and the Housing Credit Program authorized by Section 42 of the Code and Section 420.5099, Florida Statutes.

SUBJECT:

The Rule Development workshop will be held to receive comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to the procedures by which the Corporation administers returned awards of funding or tax credit allocation.
