Disciplinary Guidelines; Range of Penalties; Aggravating and Mitigating Circumstances

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete unnecessary language and to add language clarifying: violation of Chapter 64B10, F.A.C. or Chapter 456, F.S.; and end of life and palliative care.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will delete unnecessary language and to add language clarifying: violation of Chapter 64B10, F.A.C. or Chapter 456, F.S.; and end of life and palliative care.
