	The Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	This meeting is a regularly scheduled Cabinet meeting. The Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission will consider adoption of proposed rule Chapter 42FFF-1, Rivers Edge Community Development District. Proposed rule Chapter 42FFF-1, which addresses the establishment, boundaries, and board of supervisors of the Rivers Edge Community Development District, was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on June 23, 2006 (Volume 32, Number 25).
