The purpose and effect of this proposed rule is to amend section 5.4.2.1 of the Applicant’s Handbook: Consumptive Uses of Water, incorporated by reference, to change the date of regular meetings of the Governing Board.

SUMMARY:

The subject area of proposed rule is the operation of the Governing Board, specifically the meeting dates of the Board.
