Overview



	The Florida Real Estate Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, June 16, 2008, at 2:30 p.m. or the soonest thereafter. Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public.

PLACE:	Zora Neale Hurston Building, North Tower, Suite 901N, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801.

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases to determine probable cause and to conduct a public meeting to review cases where probable cause was previously found. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Commission members or its counsel.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: the Deputy Clerk of the Florida Real Estate Commission, 400 W. Robinson Street, Suite N801, Orlando, Florida 32801-1772. Only certain portions of the agenda are available for public inspection.
