9B-3.047

State Building Code Adopted (Transferred to 9N-1.001)

PURPOSE:

Consideration of amendments to the 2007 edition of the Florida Building Code including Technical Advisory Committee recommendations concerning proposals and integration of amendments to the Florida Energy Efficiency Code for Building Construction. These amendments are being considered pursuant to Section 553.73(7), F.S., and Part V, Chapter 553, F.S., and are restricted to the subjects and parameters established therein.
