Overview

RULE:

14-115.003	Existing Rail Corridor Crossings (Repealed)
14-115.004	Rail Corridor Crossing Permits (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

With the adoption of Part III of Rule Chapter 14-57, F.A.C., these rules are obsolete and need to be repealed. Repeal of these rules is part of the Department’s overall goal to review existing rules and to repeal any rules that are considered to be obsolete or unnecessary.

SUMMARY:

New Rule 14-57.014 in Part III of Rule Chapter 14-57 superseded these rules, which are being repealed.
