	The Florida Black Business Investment Board announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 26, 2008; 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Telephone conference call

Subject:	The FBBIB in conjunction with the Minority Business Information Center, LLC (a subsidiary of the FBBIB) announce meetings of the Audit Committee and Board of Directors to discuss the Board's 2007 audit and its operations, identify areas for future board priorities, receive reports from its committees/task force, review/approve related issues to MBIC/FBBIB and other business as needed, and approve actions taken by the Chairman and/or President under delegated authority.
