Overview



	The Florida Public Service Commission announces its regularly scheduled conference to which all interested persons are invited. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 29, 2006, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	The Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Commission Hearing Room 148, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To consider those matters ready for decision. LEGAL AUTHORITY AND JURISDICTION: Chapters 120, 350, 364, 366, and 367, F.S. Persons who may be affected by Commission action on certain items on this agenda for which a hearing has not been held will be allowed to address the Commission concerning those items when taken up for discussion at this conference. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by any person who requests a copy, and pays the reasonable cost of the copy ($1.00 per copy, Statement of Agency Organization and Operations), by contacting: the Division of the Commission Clerk and Administrative Services, (850)413-6770 or writing to the Director, Division of the Commission Clerk and Administrative Services, Florida Public Service Commission, 2540 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0850.
