Overview



	The Council on State Agency Inspectors General announces a meeting regarding fulfilling its statutory mandate to enhance public trust in government and provide leadership in the promotion of accountability and integrity in state agencies, to which all interested persons are invited. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 22, 2006, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	The Capitol, 21st Floor, Media Conference Room #2103, 400 North Monroe, Tallahassee, FL 32399

Subject:	The primary objectives of this first meeting of the Council will be as follows: 1. Organizational issues, including scheduling dates for future meetings, conduct of meetings, alternate meeting locations and staffing needs. 2. Substantial issues regarding the methodology, approach and process for completing the Council’s primary responsibility of preparing a Report to the designated parties by January 2007. 3. Assigning specific tasks for each member of the Council, such as research, analysis or drafting of the report.
