RULE:

40B-1.901

General (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to revise and simplify forms 40B-1.901(10) and (12), F.A.C., which are respectively Notice of Intent to Construct a Minor Surface Water Management System pursuant to subsection 40B-4.2010(1) or paragraph (2)(a), F.A.C., and Petition for a Formal Wetland and Surface Water Determination. The effect of the rule development will provide for a better understanding of the forms by the public and staff.

SUBJECT:

This proposed rule development will revise and simplify these forms incorporated by reference, thereby allowing for better understanding by the public and staff.
