Overview



	The Department of Health, Board of Dentistry will hold a Probable Cause Panel meeting where reconsiderations will be heard. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 25, 2006, 9:00 a. m.

PLACE:	Department of Health, 4040 Esplanade Way, Room 301, Tallahassee, FL 32399, (850)245-4474

Subject:	To review reconsideration cases. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which records include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
