Department Closure or Termination of Deficient Applications

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule is to promulgate the criteria for the department to close and terminate deficient license application files 2 years after the board or the department notifies the applicant of the deficiency in accordance with Sections 455.203(10)(a), 455.203(10)(b), F.S.

SUBJECT:

Rule 61-36.001, F.A.C., is created to implement the procedures for the department to close and terminate deficient license applications files in accordance with Section 455.203(10)(a), F.S.
