Overview



	The Department of Transportation, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 31, 2008, Open House: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.., Formal Presentation: 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Sadkin Community Center, 1176 NW 42nd Way, Lauderhill, Florida, 33313 In the event that severe weather or other unforeseen conditions cause the hearing to be postponed, it will be held on the alternate date of August 13, 2008 at the same time and location.

Subject:	This hearing is being held to allow interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic and environmental effects of the proposed project Financial Project ID Number: 406103-1 Sunrise Boulevard Interchange Modification Project Development and Environment Study. A Toll Rate Rule Development Workshop will also be held as part of the public hearing to allow the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed toll rates for the project.
