  The Board of Massage Therapy announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

  A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Rule 64B7-25.001(2) Examination Requirements – approved examinations. Rule 64B7-25.001(2), F.A.C. was scheduled for a hearing on April 25, 2008. A rule challenge was filed and a hearing was scheduled before the Department of Administrative Hearings on June 17, 2008. The parties agree that further discussions are necessary in an effort to resolve the disputes in the rule challenge .
