Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The South Florida Water Management District (District) proposes to: expand the definition of electronic filing in subsection 40E-4.021(13), F.A.C., to include Works of the District permits.

SUBJECT:

Subsection 40E-4.021(13), F.A.C., the definition of electronic filing, will be expanded to include Works of the District Permits.
