6A-1.002

District School Budgets (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule amendment is to update the rule to accurately reflect the forms currently required for use and to reflect the current statutory authority. This action will not change district budget procedures or the transmittal of the required forms to the Commissioner.

SUMMARY:

The rule is updated to incorporate updated forms and statutes.
