Fiscal Reporting Dates

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment is to delete references to obsolete forms previously included in school districts’ annual financial reports to the Commissioner and which were a part of the forms management system formerly used in the Department. The effect is a rule which incorporates updated forms for reporting purposes.

SUMMARY:

The rule is amended to adopt updated forms.
