Budget and Finance (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule development is to establish by codification a more economical method for a delinquent member government to reinstate its voting privileges on the Board of Directors.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule will codify an additional method by which the governing Board may reinstate the voting privileges of a delinquent member government on the Board of Directors of the Authority.
