61C-3.001	Sanitation and Safety Requirements

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule development will update the rule to reflect changes made to Chapter 509, F.S., by Laws of Florida Chapter 2008-055. The proposed rule will also update forms incorporated by reference; improve readability under the plain language initiative; and ensure accurate and consistent terms throughout the rule.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule development addresses changes to Chapter 509, F.S., resulting from Laws of Florida Chapter 2008-055. The proposed rule also addresses forms incorporated by reference and a general update of the rule language to improve readability and ensure accurate and consistent terms throughout the rule.
