Direct Supervision of Registered Chiropractic Assistant (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment to address the requirements for direct supervision of a registered chiropractic assistant.

SUMMARY:

The Board proposed a rule amendment to address that a registered chiropractic assistant can be placed under the direct supervision of a certified chiropractic physician’s assistant.
