61B-24.006

Economic Information (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule repeal deletes the requirement that developers provide certain educational materials to tenants when a condominium is created by conversion of existing improvements. These educational materials as well as others are available to the public via the internet or in hard copy format from the division.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rulemaking repeals the requirement for developers to provide certain educational materials to tenants when a condominium is created by conversion of existing improvements.
