PURPOSE:

Chapter 2008-240, Laws of Florida, repealed Chapter 498, Florida Statutes, cited as the “Florida Uniform Land Sales Practices Law”. The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal all administrative rules promulgated pursuant to the authority contained in that law.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking repeals administrative rules relating to the disposition of interests in subdivided land previously regulated under Chapter 498, Florida Statutes.
