	The Financial Services Commission, Office of Insurance Regulation, announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 28, 2008, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM

PLACE:	Room 309, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	This informational hearing is being held to discuss and receive public comment on the business arrangements variously called Stranger Owned Life Insurance, Stranger Oriented Life Insurance, Stranger Originated Life Insurance and Speculator Initiated Life Insurance (STOLI, SOLI, SPIN LIFE or SILI). Members of the public are invited to make comments at the meeting.
