Insurance Administrator Annual Statement

PURPOSE:

To adopt a form Insurance Administrators must submit to the Office of Insurance Regulation to submit financial information.

SUBJECT:

Rule adopts the annual report forms used by administrators, which insurance administrators must submit to report financial information to the Office.
