Overview



	The Century Commission for a Sustainable Florida announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	The 2008 Water Congress September 25, 2008, 8:00 a.m. and September 26, 2008, 8:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center 8701 World Center Drive Orlando, Florida 32821

Subject:	The Century Commission believes a long-term water conservation, use and supply plan, for environmental, agricultural and public consumption purposes is essential for a sustainable quality of life in Florida. To this end, the Century Commission will convene a statewide Water Congress to develop a comprehensive set of sustainable water use and supply action steps. A slate of 120 voting delegates will formulate an action plan and policy recommendations for Florida’s water needs over the next 50 years. This conference is open to the public--registration is required. .
