Home Health Visit Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate by reference in rule the Florida Medicaid Home Health Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, July 2008. The handbook was revised to allow independent providers to enroll to provide personal care services and to allow the provision of private duty nursing services to an eligible child by a parent or legal guardian who has a valid license as a RN or LPN in the State of Florida and who is employed by a Medicaid enrolled home health agency. The effect will be to incorporate by reference into rule the Florida Medicaid Home Health Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, July 2008.
