	The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Northern Everglades St. Lucie River Watershed Protection Plan Public Meeting - October 28, 2008 - 6:00 pm

PLACE:	Martin/St. Lucie Service Center, 780 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997

Subject:	The St. Lucie River Watershed Protection Plan is a requirement of the Northern Everglades and Estuary Protection Program legislation, 373.4595, FS., enacted by the Florida Legislature in 2007. This meeting provides an opportunity for the public to comment on the draft plan which will be released on October 1, 2008.
